One Swap at a Time

Tips on how to sustainably create a healthier life.

How to Make Sustainable Swaps

Making small, intentional swaps one at a time is the simplest way to improve your health without feeling overwhelmed. Best of all, these changes are the most sustainable in the long run. Lately, I’ve been sharing some of my favorite swaps on my Instagram. I’ve received so much positive feedback on these (which makes me so happy)!

Here are five recent swap posts my community has loved:
(1) Dairy & plant-based milks – view it here
(2) Comfort foods – view it here
(3) Breads – view it here
(4) Protein bars – view it here
(5) Sunscreen – view it here

Thankful for Online Shopping

Not everyone has easy access to major grocery stores, making it harder to find healthier, non-toxic swaps.

Good news – almost every product and swap I share is available online! Two of my favorite places to shop for these products are Thrive Market and Amazon.

Thrive Market is an online membership-based grocery store (only $5/month) that has thousands of clean products. They deliver your order straight to your doorstep anywhere in the US! I order from Thrive every month and have saved over $800 in groceries and home products over the past year.

I’ve put so much time and effort into curating my Amazon Storefront! This is where ALL of my favorite Amazon products can be located. I sort everything by category and have over 30 folders of my favorite products on my storefront. If you haven’t checked it out, now is the perfect time! Here are the best sellers from my storefront last month (I own all of these).

Protein Bar Craze

Every single day, I am asked, “what is your favorite protein bar?” So… I put together my 13 favorite options here. There are both dairy & plant-based options in this list! Which one is your go-to? Hit reply and let me know!

Thank you for reading this newsletter! I appreciate it more than you know.
