We meet every Tuesday evening for an hour-long coaching session. I’ll cover a new, action-packed topic (fat loss, portion control, energy hacks, etc.) and open it up for your questions. Miss the live session? No worries, it’s recorded and will be sent to you.
💬 Group Chat for Daily Support:
Stay motivated with daily check-ins, tips, and encouragement from the group. You’ll never feel alone in your journey… that’s for sure. This is not my first time hosting group coaching, so I know what I’m doing!
📚 My Complete Health Guide Library (Free!):
Access to all my favorite health guides, grocery lists, meal plans, and swap guides to help you make the right choices on your path to feeling your best.
