I wanted to dedicate today’s newsletter to highlight some of my favorite brands with incredible products that I either use, eat, or drink daily. On social media, people spend so much time bashing brands that don’t prioritize high-quality ingredients or health in general, so I wanted to share some amazing brands that I think you will love.

A general rule of thumb I use when evaluating products is checking if I can understand and pronounce all of the ingredients. Of course there are some outliers, but this is a simple tip that has helped me tremendously.

I look for products with no artificial dyes/coloring agents/flavorings, preservatives, gums, or a laundry list of ingredients.

Eating clean and swapping the products in my home for better-for-you alternatives have changed my life in so many ways. I feel better, have less brain fog and acne, and have lost a significant amount of weight. I feel more satisfied and have less bloating as well.

My biggest piece of advice is to make one swap at a time. Don’t try to go from 0 to 100 when it comes to living a clean and non-toxic lifestyle… it won’t be sustainable. Focus on one swap a week, and it will add up drastically over time.
