Countdown To Spring: 27 Days
March 20th is quickly approaching... let's get ready!
Can you believe it will be spring in less than a month? This means there will be more daylight, the weather will get warmer, and more fresh produce will be in season. Plus, it is the perfect time to refresh your daily routine, build better habits, and get outside more.
I find it much easier to stay active when the weather is warmer. In the freezing cold like it is in New York right now, all I want to do is stay indoors… but I still use discipline to get up, walk 25 minutes to the gym, and get a workout in.
If you’re not doing this, you’re missing out on better health.
After working with over 200 private clients, one thing is certainly clear: the more steps you walk daily, the more weight you will lose. There are obviously many factors that go into weight loss, but when I push my clients to walk more than they currently are on a daily basis, excess fat comes off in a faster (and sustainable) way. It’s amazing!
Push yourself to increase your daily step goal. If you’re currently averaging 4,000 steps, aim for 6,000. Currently getting 8,000? Strive for 10,000.
My current goal is to average 10,000+ steps daily. When I check my OURA ring app before I go to bed, I end up with a daily average of 13,000 – which I am very proud of.
Expo West!
I’m heading to Anaheim, California on March 3rd for my second Expo West. This is a major trade show focused on brands that have natural, organic, and healthy products that are either established or up-and-coming. Last year was my first time attending, and it was SO MUCH FUN. I have a highlight on my Instagram profile with all of the details, and I’m sure I’ll do the same this year. I can’t wait.
February Amazon Must-Haves:
I spent some time yesterday updating my Amazon Storefront. You’ll see tons of new products here, including my February Favorites – check it out!
